About BizListings.ca 🍁
A modern marketplace for buying and selling businesses across Canada — built so owners can reach buyers directly, without a broker's commission standing between them.
Why we built this
Over the next decade, the largest generational handover of small and mid-sized businesses in Canadian history will take place. Hundreds of thousands of owners are ready to retire, and the market for succession is fragmented across regional brokers, classifieds, and word-of-mouth.
BizListings.ca was built to make that handover simpler, more transparent, and genuinely Canadian — from a corner café in Halifax to a CNC shop in Cambridge to a SaaS company in Montréal.
How it works
- Sellers create a listing in minutes — title, description, price, photos. Each listing gets its own search-engine-indexed page so the right buyer can find it.
- Buyers browse by industry, province, and price, and reach out to owners directly.
- No commissions today. Listing is free — our focus right now is reaching the critical mass of Canadian listings that buyers expect.
Built in Canada
BizListings.ca is independently owned and operated in Canada. Our data lives in Canada, and our roadmap is shaped by Canadian sellers, buyers, accountants, lawyers, and lenders.
What's coming
We're starting with the marketplace: listings, search, and direct contact between buyers and sellers. Future phases will introduce verified buyer profiles, secure document sharing, NDAs, valuation tools, and connections to Canadian lenders and advisors — built only after the core marketplace earns its place.
BizListings.ca is a marketplace and does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. Always work with qualified Canadian professionals when buying or selling a business.
