This heavy-duty mechanic and welding shop has been serving some of Calgary’s largest companies for more than 20 years. The shop handles roughly 70% mechanic work and 30% welding, generating over $1.5M in annual revenue from ongoing maintenance of trucks and heavy equipment. Included in the sale is approximately $468,900 in trucks and equipments and $88,500 in inventory, giving a buyer a fully equipped operation from day one. Owner is retiring and has been far less active in the business over the last five years. The business hasn’t performed to its full potential in recent years, but it has a long-standing, repeat client base that is invaluable. This business is a good fit for an experienced entrepreneur who is comfortable leading teams, improving operations, and managing a steady workflow.. It has a long track record, established relationships, and consistent work coming in, but it would benefit from fresh leadership and better systems. With revenues of over $1.5M per year and assets and inventory already in place, a new owner has the opportunity to stabilize performance and bring the business back to a stronger level.
